Refund Policy
Pentacore (“we,” “our,” or “us”) manufactures and supplies composite products primarily for business-to-business applications. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.
General Policy
All Pentacore products are manufactured or prepared to order unless otherwise stated. As a result, refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued for:

Custom or made-to-order products

Products cut to size or manufactured to customer specifications

Products that have been installed, modified, or used

Orders canceled after production has begun

Freight, shipping, handling, or accessorial charges
Eligible Refunds
A refund may be considered if:

The product does not conform to agreed specifications at the time of shipment

The issue is reported within 5 business days of delivery

The product remains unused and in original condition
Pentacore reserves the right to inspect the product prior to approving any refund.
Shipping Damage
Damage occurring during shipment is not refundable. Freight damage must be noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt and handled according to Pentacore’s Shipping Policy. Pentacore will assist with claims but does not issue refunds for carrier damage.
Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Refund amounts may be reduced by restocking, processing, or material costs

Refunds do not include shipping or freight charges
Order Cancellations
Order cancellations must be requested in writing. Cancellations are subject to approval and may incur fees based on production status, materials committed, or work completed.
No Implied Warranties
This Refund Policy does not create or imply any warranties beyond those outlined in Pentacore’s Terms and Conditions.
