Shipping Policy

Pentacore (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides shipping services for composite panels, systems, and related products in accordance with the following policy.

Shipping Scope

Pentacore ships products domestically within the United States and internationally, subject to product availability, destination, and applicable regulations. Shipping methods, carriers, and routing are selected based on product type, size, weight, and customer requirements.

Lead Times

All Pentacore products are manufactured or prepared to order unless otherwise stated. Estimated lead times will be provided at the time of quotation or order confirmation. Lead times are estimates and may vary due to material availability, production schedules, or logistical factors.

Shipping Methods and Carriers

We utilize a range of freight and logistics providers, including:

  • LTL and FTL freight carriers

  • Flatbed or specialized equipment (as required)

  • Intermodal and international freight services

Carrier selection may be determined by Pentacore or specified by the customer upon request.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are not included in product pricing unless explicitly stated. Freight charges, fuel surcharges, accessorial fees, and any additional handling costs will be quoted separately or included on the invoice.

Packaging and Handling

Products are packaged to protect against damage during normal transportation. Due to the size and nature of composite panels, minor cosmetic variations may occur and do not constitute shipping damage.

Risk of Loss and Title

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, risk of loss and title pass to the customer upon shipment from Pentacore’s facility. Customers are responsible for inspecting shipments upon delivery.

Receiving and Inspection

Customers must inspect all shipments at the time of delivery. Any visible damage or shortages must be noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt prior to signing. Failure to do so may affect the ability to file a freight claim.

Freight Damage Claims

In the event of shipping damage:

  • Notify Pentacore within 48 hours of delivery

  • Retain all packaging materials

  • Provide photos and documentation of the damage

Pentacore will assist with freight claims but is not responsible for carrier delays or damages beyond our control.

International Shipments

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, tariffs, and brokerage fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local import regulations.

Shipping Delays

Pentacore is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, port congestion, customs clearance, labor disruptions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Will Call / Customer Pickup

Customer pickup or third-party carrier pickup may be available by appointment. Customers are responsible for providing appropriate equipment for loading.
