Traditional luan wall panels readily absorb moisture, leading to swelling and soft spots over time. Changes in humidity often cause studs and staples to telegraph through the finished surface, and the panels commonly delaminate around windows, doors, and slide-out openings where stress and moisture exposure are highest.

Lightweight, fiber-reinforced polypropylene (FR-PP) composite panel engineered to replace thin plywood with a stronger, more durable, moisture-proof alternative. Built around a PP/glass fiber reinforced non-woven core and surfaced with protective PP/PET veils or films, this laminate provides a balanced, stable sheet with excellent toughness and long-term dimensional stability.
