Our Story
Our team specializes in lightweight composite systems, including honeycomb cores, PET foam, UD-tape laminates, and custom multi-layer panels designed for the RV, marine, and transportation industries. We go beyond supplying materials, we work side-by-side with manufacturers to optimize builds, reduce weight, increase strength, and improve production efficiency.
Through our U.S. warehouse and CNC cut-to-size services, customers benefit from local responsiveness, shorter lead times, and flexible order quantities. Every project receives personal attention and clear communication from start to finish, whether it’s a one-off trial or a full production rollout.

Company Introduction
Pentapur Composites, established in 2007, is a China-based manufacturer specializing in PP honeycomb cores, composite panels, and CFRTP PP honeycomb composites.
The company is located in Xuanzhou Industrial Park, approximately 250 km west of Shanghai.
Pentapur operates on a 139,931 sq ft site, including a 96,875 sq ft dedicated production facility.
Pentacore US, established in 2022, was formed to directly serve the RV, marine, trailer, and truck body industries in the RV Capital of the World (Elkhart, Indiana). In 2024, Pentacore US acquired a dedicated Elkhart warehouse, further strengthening its ability to provide localized inventory, responsive logistics, and hands-on technical support to North American OEMs.
