PentaBrick® is an ultra high density structural honeycomb block engineered specifically for water jet cutting support beds and sacrificial base platforms. Manufactured from impact resistant thermoplastic material in a thick cell architecture, the brick provides excellent compressive stability while allowing the cutting stream to pass through without damaging the machine table. The open cell structure dissipates energy from the jet, minimizes splash back, and protects finished parts from deflection during cutting.
