The PVC exterior skins, available in 1.2 mm to 3 mm thickness, create a tough, impact resistant surface while sealing and protecting the structural core. Panels are offered in standard white or can be produced in custom color match finishes to align with OEM interior themes, cabinetry programs, and exterior design requirements.

 

Designed for RV sidewalls, partitions, furniture components, and cabinetry structures, the PentaFoam PVC System offers a superior strength to weight ratio compared to plywood and traditional laminated boards. The composite construction maintains flatness, reduces print through, and improves long term consistency while resisting moisture, swelling, and warping.
